The first release of our Reclaimed Red Gum Votive Holders features South Australian reclaimed red gum which has been repurposed into these delightful and distinctive pieces for Nomad.
Due to the natural state of this product, each piece is uniquely different with slight variations in size and shape which means that no two pieces are exactly the same. We think it’s pretty special that with your purchase, no-one else in the entire world will have the exact piece that you have.
They have history and tell stories of days gone by. The reclaimed red gum sourced for this release were milled from a cattle farm in Myponga, located in South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. Whilst the raw face of the wood appears to be burnt, they are simply weathered from many decades of withstanding South Australia’s conditions. The visually smoother aspects of the raw face have been rubbed smooth by cattle over many decades.
The Small Reclaimed Red Gum Votive Holder comes with three glass votives.
Each run is in limited supply and once sold out, we cannot guarantee more pieces like this one that share the same background story.
